High Precision Ceramic Pumps

Sowbags Racks

High Precision Fiber Optic Inspection System
Fiber optic sensing due to fast reaction speed, non-contact detection, high precision, high resolution, good reliability, equipment in the production process can quickly detect whether the hollow capsule is normally separated, such as abnormal non-separated hollow capsule, the fiber optic system through the detection of the collected data transmitted to the liquid station and kick the waste station, the equipment running to the liquid station, according to the fiber optic detection system data analysis, the liquid station stops adding liquid, equipment running to kick the waste station, non-normal non-separated hollow capsules rejected, to ensure the stability of the equipment in the production process. According to the data analysis of fiber optic detection system, the liquid filling station stops adding liquid, the equipment runs to the kicking station, and the non-normal unseparated hollow capsules are rejected, which ensures the stability of the equipment in the production process.
